While supporting a client as interim CTO / CIO, Seabeck Systems assembles 20+ hand-picked engineers, analysts, and project managers. Our task: mature our client’s business continuity and IT strategy to support growth. We improved the client's proprietary customer platform to be scalable, secure, compliant, cost-effective, and high-performance. We use our roadmap to successfully deliver their next flagship launch supporting 10,000+ enrollees and thousands of concurrent users with zero down time.
We proudly expand our team with Sofia Dev Studio OOD, which is formally registered in January 2020. Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, Sofia Dev Studio includes talented engineers, analysts, and project managers who support our client delivery and internal product development. With our global team of top-notch people, Seabeck Systems is able to keep projects moving around the clock.
Seabeck Systems expands and trains our practice teams in change management, business and solution architecture, project management, product design, marketing, and operations, and rebrands with a sleek new trademark. We hold our first all-hands meeting in July.
Our leadership continues to refine and codify our change management approach to help us serve more business leaders. We are also engaged in product market research for simple tools that grow knowledge and lasting value for small business owners.
